One of my favorite Fall traditions is to carve a pumpkin while watching the movie "The Nightmare Before Christmas". Of course we bake some tasty pumpkin seeds too! Here is our adorable kitty Nutella seeing a pumpkin for the first time. She was very curious, it was too cute!
Here is our beautiful pumpkin! I think we picked a pretty good one.
I always get the task of cleaning out the pumpkin guts but I don't mind. =)
Once you've separated the seeds from the guts, give them a good rinse. They are a little slimy. =P
Then you want to pat them dry and let them sit out for a bit.
And mix together.
I baked them in a 350 degree oven for about 10-15 minutes. (Until they are crunchy)
Here are the seeds before I baked them.
And after!
They turned out so delicious with the perfect crunch. We definitely ate them all in one night!
And here is our pumpkin! My fiance and I decided to carve an owl into our pumpkin. He drew the design (without a stencil!) And I think it turned out great. What is your favorite Fall tradition?

I made sweet pumpkin seeds. You will need:
- Butter
- Brown Sugar
- Pumpkin Spice
- Cinnamon
And mix together.
